Darts and dart boards

We take great care to ensure that our clients recieve their darts in a prompt and efficient manner. We would like you to note the following:

1. The nature of our business is such that many clients place orders outside of business hours, including weekends. All orders are actioned at the start of business, the next working day.

2. The orders are compiled and despatched within 48 hours, if there is a delay or an unexpected problem, you will be notified by email. Many times they are despatched the same day, but this can not be guaranteed.

3. We use Australia Post and delivery time frames vary according to locations. As a general rule:

Regular Post = 3-5 working days. WA and NT are 5-7 working days.
Express Mail = 2-3 working days IF you are in the express mail areas.

Please note that these days are in addition to the 48 hours to compile the order.

4. Registered Mail deliveries generally result in the Post Office leaving a card in your mail box and you are required to attend the local post office and obtain the package.

5. We understand our obligation to ensure that you recieve your orders. Australia Post are very efficient, but in the event that your order should be lost, or damaged, be assured that the problem will be rectified. Our epost tracking system allows us to track and trace orders, simply communicate with us and we will attend to any concerns.
